YouTube Gatherings

TubeGatherings has been set up to serve as an easy to navigate place to discuss upcoming and previous YouTube gatherings and meetups.

Featuring forums and chat, TubeGatherings is intended to help gathering organizers and participants to find information about gatherings, without having to skip and hop through YouTube videos. TubeGatherings was created to save you time.

How to Register

To become a member, you must request an invitation to YourGatherings, via PM on YouTube. Registration is by invitation only, to discourage spammers -- which this website had a lot of trouble with in the past, and was therefore put on hold. However, TubeGatherings has been resurrected with new registration guidelines.

Registration Process

1. Go to YourGatherings on YouTube
2. Send a PM and give an email address to receive an invitation to.
3. Once your invitation has been sent, you will be notified by PM on YouTube.
4. Once you have that PM, check your email and follow the registration instructions.
5. If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder.
6. You must register with your exact YouTube username.
7. You will then receive a verification email.
8. You must click the link in that verification email to activate your account.
9. Once registered, go to your forum profile.
10. Please add your YouTube Channel (as your website), picture and profile information.

The Following Requests will be Ignored

1. PM's from dead or brand new YouTube accounts.
2. PM's from accounts that have no videos or evidence of YouTube participation.
3. Registrations that are not made with "actual" YouTube usernames.

Tube Gatherings is looking for YouTube members that have real accounts, with videos that have been uploaded.

Important

You must register on these forums with the actual YouTube username that you requested an invitation from via PM. This is so that spammers don't register pretending to be owners of YouTube accounts that they do not own, or try to register with someone else's name.
